Our Lobster and Stone Crab come from the pristine waters of the Florida Keys. Our Traps are set and harvested weekly, to provide only the freshest products for our customers.

Retail orders placed by 2pm Tuesday will be delivered the following Thursday, and wholesale orders placed by 2pm Tuesday will be delivered as early as Wednesday evening.

Yes. Lobster Season runs August through March. We provide fresh and fresh-frozen Lobster all year round.

Unlike Maine Lobster, Florida Lobster has a very light, sweet taste. The meat is delicate and moist. The meat can be baked, boiled, broiled, grilled, or steamed.

Florida Stone Crab meat is flaky and white, with a sweet taste. Only the claws are eaten. They can be steamed or boiled.
